Quality and delivery terms
The quality of the pistachios is verified before shipment by SGS or another independent inspection company. Payment is made via a letter of credit, opened upon acceptance of the goods by the customs authority of the buyer's country. In case the product analysis does not match the declared specifications, the buyer has the right to cancel the transaction.
Deliveries are made in 40-foot containers (20 tons each), with a monthly volume of 100 tons and the possibility of further volume increase.
