Cacao powder benefits
1. Antioxidant
Cacao powder contains more than 30 antioxidant substances such as flavonoids (quercetin, rutin, and catechin), acids (caffeic acid, vitamin C or ascorbic acid, ferulic acid), caffeine, vitexin, etc.
All these components make it one of the most antioxidant foods that exists protecting the cell from naturally aging damage, but the cell can also be damaged by triggering tumor processes.

The Sacha Inchi Tree is a climber, voluble and semi-woody, known as Inca peanuts. It grows well in acid, loam and flat alluvial soils, near rivers. In the Peruvian coast it has been cultivated since pre-Hispanic times, having found seeds and representations in ancient ceramics. Today it is found predominantly in the San Martin Region and is one of the promising plants for the Amazon. Its fruits are capsules of 3 to 5 cm in diameter, with a characteristic star shape, from four to seven points. Its green color changes to brown in mature state.
