Specialty Global LLC (Import & Wholesale Distribution Division) officially offers flexible forward allocation contracts for our upcoming seasonal shipment slots of premium, vacuum-sealed Gourmet Vanilla Beans.
Sourced natively out of select curing stations and local smallholder agricultural networks at origin in East Africa, our vanilla lots represent hand-selected, fully traceable beans optimized for commercial extraction, fine culinary use, and boutique food manufacturing pipelines.
CUSTOM LENGTH SELECTION & PRICE MATRIX:
To provide ultimate flexibility for our wholesale distribution clients, our trade desk operates under a dual-tier specification framework based on physical bean sizes:
1. MID-TIER ALLOCATIONS (15 CM BEANS):
Price Range: $200.00 to $250.00 per Kilogram (EXW / DAP). Optimized for general commercial baking, specialty beverage manufacturing, and bulk extract pipelines.
2. PREMIUM-TIER ALLOCATIONS (17 CM AND ABOVE BEANS):
Price Range: $250.00 to $300.00 per Kilogram (EXW / DAP). Composed of ultra-plump, high-moisture gourmet Bourbon-type pods with maximum vanillin concentrations.
PORTFOLIO MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS:
- Purity: Hand-sorted, defect-free, with ambient moisture stabilized perfectly between 30-35%.
- Packaging: Placed in high-security, food-grade vacuum-sealed bundles packed inside protective outer transport cases to prevent moisture loss.
U.S. FREIGHT & FULFILLMENT LANES:
Cargo is custom-cleared and fast-tracked via premier air freight lines directly into our partner food-grade Third-Party Logistics (3PL) storage cells in Edison, New Jersey. Buyers can execute flexible localized forklift pickup straight from the warehouse floor or coordinate direct door-to-door delivery.
COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION PROTOCOLS:
In strict compliance with our corporate risk management guidelines, all forward contract allocations require an automated 50% proforma advance deposit cleared via T/T Bank Wire directly into our secure corporate checking account with Mercury Technologies, Inc. (USA) to authorize final vacuum-packing, phytosanitary clearance, and air cargo flight booking. The residual 40% balance is settled via Cash Against Documents (CAD).
