Guwwas is a direct manufacturer of PP woven (polypropylene) bags in Mary, Turkmenistan, with 10 years of production experience. We produce plain and BOPP-laminated PP woven bags, valve bags and FIBC big bags for flour, grain, rice, sugar, feed, fertilizer, cement, sand, and other bulk products.
Standard reference specification: 55 x 104 cm, 85 g/m2, plain woven, open top, no lamination or liner. All sizes, fabric weights (50-120 g/m2), colours and print (1-6 colours) are made to the buyer's specification. Options available: BOPP lamination, PE liner, valve top, gusset, UV stabilisation, anti-slip treatment, block-bottom.
Material: 97% virgin polypropylene (PP S1003) plus 3% masterbatch and additives, with UV stabiliser on request. Manufactured to GOST standards, tested batch by batch for tensile and seam strength. Price is calculated per kilogram, so the per-bag price depends on the bag size and fabric weight requested (bag weight in kg x USD/kg).
Capacity: 100-150 tonnes per month in-house, with additional volume available through our partner plant. MOQ: 20 tonnes (one full truck). Lead time: 25-30 days for woven bags, 15 days for FIBC after advance payment. Terms: 30% on order confirmation, 70% before loading. EXW / FCA Mary or DAP to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Turkey. Export customs clearance handled by Guwwas. CT-1 certificate of origin available (0% duty for CIS / EAEU buyers).
