Clause 1 Scope of The Contract:
1.1 Buyer represents that it has the capability to purchase the commodity (POF + BCL have to be submitted).
1.2 The total quantity shall be delivered as of Two (2) Shipments contract Total of 100,000 MT.
1.3 The contractual quantity of the commodity sold and purchased under this agreement is One Hundred Thousand Metric Ton (100,000 MT).
1.4 Total Price of: $29,000,000 USD (Twenty Nine Million US Dollar Only) Two (2) Shipments - Which is payable through the DLC Each Shipment includes 50,000 MT.
1.5 Administrative Process (Fee) as of 1% as total for the NOC under the Buyers License, Exporting Permission, Legal Documents, and Commercial Invoice Approved by the Chamber of Commerce for the Buyers Bank to process the required for the Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC).
1.6 For the first transaction of the (1%) Admin Fee: $290,000 USD (Two Hundred Ninety Thousand US Dollar Only) at the first stage it has to be processed upon confirming the purchasing agreement, which is payable as per as the Following:
