APPLICATIONS
Spring washers should be used on the nut
side of the fastener. If an additional washer
is required to spread the load (as in our
image above) it should be used betweenthe spring washer and the mountingsurface, that is the spring washer should bepositioned next to the nut.
APPLICATIONS
A disc spring is a spring washer with aconical shape. This shape gives the springwasher its flexible effect. Disc springs are alsocalled Belleville spring washers and conical
spring washers. The properties of the discspring make it unique in applications wherespace is limited - but where high force iswanted.
Columbite is a naturally occurring oxide mineral composed primarily of niobium (columbium), iron, and manganese with the general chemical formula. It is the principal ore of niobium and is widely used in the production of high-strength alloy steels, superconducting materials, aerospace components, electronics, and specialty chemicals. Columbite is commonly found associated with tantalite, and together they are known as Coltan (Columbite-Tantalite). Exported material is typically supplied as mineral concentrate with certified assay reports indicating niobium and tantalum content.
Tantalite is a valuable oxide mineral primarily composed of tantalum and niobium. It is the principal commercial source of tantalum, a strategic metal widely used in the electronics, aerospace, medical, defense, and chemical industries due to its exceptional corrosion resistance, high melting point, and excellent electrical properties. Tantalite ore is supplied as lump ore or mineral concentrate with varying tantalum pentoxide content depending on customer specifications and mining origin. It is exported worldwide for further processing into tantalum metal, tantalum powder, alloys, and high-performance electronic components.
Tungsten Concentrate is a high-value mineral concentrate produced through the beneficiation of tungsten-bearing ores such as wolframite and scheelite. It is the primary raw material used in the production of tungsten metal, tungsten carbide, ferrotungsten, and various high-performance alloys. Due to its exceptional hardness, high melting point, and excellent wear resistance, tungsten concentrate is widely used in the aerospace, mining, automotive, defense, electronics, and cutting tool industries. High-grade tungsten concentrate offers superior recovery rates and consistent quality for downstream metallurgical processing.
Tin Ore is a naturally occurring mineral primarily composed of cassiterite, the principal commercial source of tin metal. It is widely used in the production of tin ingots, solder, tin plating, electronics, chemicals, bronze alloys, and various industrial applications. Tin ore is processed through crushing, gravity separation, and concentration to produce high-grade tin concentrates suitable for smelting. High-purity cassiterite concentrates are highly valued by global smelters due to their excellent recovery rates and low impurity levels.
Zinc Ore is a naturally occurring mineral containing zinc in the form of sulfide, carbonate, or oxide minerals. The most common zinc-bearing mineral is sphalerite (ZnS), which is processed to produce zinc metal used in galvanizing steel, die-casting, brass manufacturing, batteries, chemicals, and fertilizers. Zinc ore is supplied in lump, crushed, or concentrate form depending on customer requirements and is widely traded in the global mining and metallurgical industry. High-grade zinc ore is valued for its high zinc content, low impurities, and excellent recovery during smelting.
Dried Hibiscus Flower is a premium natural botanical product obtained from carefully selected Hibiscus sabdariffa calyces. The flowers are hygienically cleaned and naturally sun-dried or mechanically dried to preserve their vibrant deep red color, rich aroma, tart flavor, and high antioxidant content. It is widely used in herbal teas, beverages, food processing, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, and pharmaceutical industries. Our export-quality dried hibiscus flowers are free from contaminants and packed according to international food safety standards.
Charcoal is a premium carbon-rich fuel produced through the controlled carbonization of hardwood, softwood, coconut shells, bamboo, or other biomass in a low-oxygen environment. It is widely used for BBQ grilling, industrial heating, metallurgy, restaurants, households, and water filtration applications due to its high calorific value, long burning time, and low smoke emission. Export-quality charcoal is processed to ensure consistent size, low moisture, and minimal ash content, making it suitable for international markets.
Soybeans are one of the world's most valuable oilseed crops, widely used for human consumption, animal feed, and edible oil production. Rich in protein, healthy fats, dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals, soybeans are an essential raw material for manufacturing soybean oil, soy flour, soy milk, tofu, textured vegetable protein (TVP), and livestock feed. Export-quality soybeans are thoroughly cleaned, graded, and tested to meet international quality and phytosanitary standards. India is well known for supplying high-quality Non-GMO soybeans, making them popular in premium food markets
Tiger Nuts (Chufas) are small edible tubers of Cyperus esculentus. Despite their name, they are not true nuts but nutrient-rich root vegetables with a naturally sweet, nutty flavor. They are widely consumed as a healthy snack and are used in plant-based milk, flour, oil, cereals, bakery products, confectionery, and health foods. Tiger nuts are naturally gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, and rich in dietary fiber, resistant starch, healthy fats, vitamins, and essential minerals.
