PAYMENT TERMS: After signing the Contract, within 10 banking days from the Buyer's signing date, the Buyer's Bank Issues a Non Operative BG or an Irrevocable, Conditional, NON Transferable, Non-operative DLC.
SUPPLY GUARANTEE (P/B): After signing the Contract, within 10 banking days from the Buyer's signing date, the Buyer Bank provides to issue a BG or an Irrevocable, Conditional, NON Transferable, Non-operative DLC for the First Shipment so that the Seller can secure the goods and issue a 2% Performance Bond. After that, the BG or DLC becomes Operative automatically. After a successful Trial Shipment, the Buyer immediately provides an Irrevocable, Conditional, NON Transferable, Non-operative BG or DLC for the next monthly shipment, so that the Seller can secure the goods and issue a 2% Performance Bond. After that, the BG or DLC becomes Operative automatically and so on for the next months
