DESCRIPTION AND USES OF THE PRODUCT: Product 100% natural, pasty, undiluted, unfermented, obtained by the disintegration and sieving in mesh 0.5 mm of the edible fraction of fresh, healthy, mature and clean pineapple fruit. Classified as non GMO (Genetically Modified Organism), Homogenized, deaerated, pasteurized, or overpasterized, packed and stored according to its condition for preservation.
FORM OF CONSUMPTION AND POTENTIAL CONSUMERS: Product used mainly in the food industry and for direct consumption in the preparation of soft drinks, juices, nectars and sugary pulps, jams, ice cream, etc.
