1. PP-R pipe, also called polypropylene random copolymer pipe (PPR-C) is a new generation of green building material developed.
2. As light as other common plastic pipes, it is corrosion-resistant and ant scaling, and has a long life span with its excellent hygienic properties and good thermal endurance quality.
3. It is genuine green building material in reality as well as name for its low coefficient of heat conductivity, heat preservation, energy conservation, easy installation, dependable hot melted connection and recyclable materials.
4. Unlike copper-plastic composite pipe, PPR-C pipe can have heavy caliber pipes produced, with a maximum caliber of over 160mm
Used for transportation of water in potable water supply systems, rising main and distribution lines, lift irrigation systems, surface irrigation systems, agriculture water supply, industrial process lines, swimming pools etc
PPR fittings are manufactured according to German DIN standards with sizes ranging from 20 mm up to 160 mm. The outstanding temperature rating up to 950 C and pressure rating up to 25 Bar make PP-R system the ideal solution for variety of applications including:
High-quality, flexible and affordable piping system
Easy to use and reliable
White color can be used in either hot or cold water applications
Thermopex is cross-linked polyethylene tubing designed for use within potable water piping systems. Thermopex Pipe provides superior durability, corrosion resistance and flexibility for the most demanding environments .
Thermopex is available in red, white and blue for the simple identification of cold water, hot water and main water lines. The Thermopex system is a comprehensive piping system comprised of brass fittings, poly alloy fittings, manifolds, valves, fasteners, tools and tubing designed for implementation in water delivery systems, simple or complex.
Superior flexibility reduces the number of fittings required for installation which also reduces leak points within piping systems
Pipes made from Polyethylene (PE) is a cost effective answer for a number of piping problems in Metropolitan, Municipal, Industrial. Underwater, Mining. Landfill Gas extraction. Cable duct and agricultural applications.
Advantages:
- High Temperature Resistance: the maximum sustained working temperature is up to 70 Degrees Celsius, the maximum transient temperature is up to 95 Degrees Celsius
- Heat Preservation: low thermal conductivity which is only 1/1500 of brass pipe, and 1/250 of steel pipe
- Non-toxic: no heavy metal additives, would not be covered with dirt or contaminated by bacterium
- Corrosion Resistant: resist chemical matters or electron chemical corrosion
- Lower Installation Costs: light weight and ease of installation can reduce installation costs by as much as 50% over metal piping system
- Long Life: more than 50 years under normal conditions
