Jinggong Cast Iron Inspection Plates (also called Measuring Plates) have a particularly high density and surface accuracy that can be achieved by the use of a special alloy of cast iron. By the T-shaped reinforced ribbed pattern of the measuring plates, a very high stiffness is achieved; thereby bending and twisting can be limited to a minimum.

Jinggong Inspection Plates is also manufactured according to DIN 876.The design, dimensions, and T-slot can be made on request.

Angle plates witha box-shaped cast design are required for almost all boring and millingmachines to fix workpieces in a vertical position. The clamping surfaces of thestandard cast iron angle plates have been machined in accordance with DIN 876standard and provided with T-slots in accordance with DIN 650.



The bases of the castiron angle plates have clamping slots and drill-holes adjusted to the clampingoptions of the machine table.



The sizes anddimensions of the cast iron angle plates and the T-slots can be variedaccording to your requirements. The large and heavy angle plates can also besupplied in several sections. These can then be arranged in either a verticalor horizontal row to obtain the highest or widest possible clamping surface.
