The Ceylon cinnamon powder produces from the bark of the cinnamon tree. It is one of the most popular products in the cinnamon family. Cinnamon powder is also known as ground cinnamon.
We produce cinnamon powder in different mesh sizes, for example, we use 100 mesh, 50 mesh, 30 mesh, etc. Most importantly, our top-selling cinnamon super fine powder is made from 100 mesh and gives a sweet aroma and smell.
After harvesting the cinnamon for production, we peel off the inside of the bark of the tree. Then we use the peels for cinnamon stick production. And we manufacture various grades from the peels other words cinnamon quills. For example, ALBA Cinnamon, Quillings 01, Quillings 02, etc.
From the above grades, we use cinnamon quilling to make the cinnamon powder.
Because of the sweetness of cinnamon, it is in high demand for baking. For example, we use cinnamon powder to make cinnamon buns, apple pie, chocolate, and other pastries (especially in Mexico, Peru, and the USA) and other dishes of the Middle East. And it is a perfect health drink.
