Product application
For the rectangulare epe laminating, also known as the protective angle laminating, the whole procedure no need for glue, all by ironing
By using the principle of electric hot air gun, two strips of sheet epe are put into the machine transmission place to be glued together at the same time. The epe is automatically heated by hot air when feeding, so as to be plasticization forming.

High speed laminating, it is equivalent to the efficiency of 5-8 operators. Laminating does not deed to glue the sol, epe does not become yellow, the laminating is neat, not misplaced.

This machine is used to laminate the stainless steel and aluminium sheets or coil or mirro. With protective film to protective the surfaces from scratching, marking, denting during its handling, transportation.
It can be single sided or two sided laminte. (it depend on you).
Use for stainless steel, alum., brass and mild steel (sheet or coil), and mirro surfaces but if you want to laminate the film on the mirror surface sheet you must use two protective film roll.

SG-3000 vacuum EVA glass laminating / laminated machine is a professional equipment to produce laminated glass without autoclave. It is able to produce various laminated glass thanks to the advantages of this machine and specific film.
