Ship wiring cable can be any types of cables that are specially designed for civil and military ships. The conductors are tinned copper , solid or stranded , insulated for LV or MV rating and covered with mouisture â??barrier thermoplastic or rubber sheath , The cables may be armoured and sheathed with anti rodent materials that give extra protection to ensure long lasting and realible functionality as wll as applying construction and material for fire safety.
MARINE & OFFSHORE CABLES
Marine & Offshore cables can be any type of cables that are designed for unique properties of marine and offshore industrial application, such as oil and gas facilities. Any fire safety protection may be applied.
LV power cable are rated up to 0.6/1 kV and mainly used in eletric distribution at the nearest and to users items , i.e.machineries, equipments, applicances, lightings,power outiests, etc. The conductors are copper or alumiinium, solid or sranded wires, can be compacted to shape round or sectored insulated cores. The size rangers from 1.5 up to 1.000sq.mm per core and a cable may comprise 1 up to 4 insulated cores. Any cable protections ay be applied , including contruction and materials for direct and fire safety.
MV power cable are rated up to 18/30 (36) kV and manly used in MV distribution network. The conductors are copper or aluminium , mostly compacted stranded to shape round insulated core. Their size range from 25 up to 630 sq mm per core and 3 insulated corer are laid up to assembly a cable. Any cable prtections may be applied , including construction and material for direct burial , longitudinal and /or water tightness, anti termite and fire safety.
Power cable used in the underground trannmission lines between two units of an electricity distribution grid, a generator unit and a distribution unit or inside a station or sub station . These insulated cable circuits may also be used in conjuction with overhead lines. Size 240-2000 mm copper or aluminium.
Intrumentation cabe are mainty used to transfer data from sensors or detector . For transfer reliability , protection against electric interface and disturbance are one of the main issues. Individually shielded twisted pair and mechanical protection are mostly applied. Conductors are plain annealed or tinned solid /stranded copper ranges from 0,5-1,5 mm.
Control Cable are mainly used to activate equipment remotely lacated from the source of control for other application like ; public address, Alarm , signalling ,electronic banner , etc. They are multi insulated conductors in concentric or twisted copper configuration , rated up to 1 kV with solid or stranded copper conductors 1 up to 6 sq.mm and may comprise up to 61 (concentric) or 100 (grouped twisted pair) cores in a cable. For critical application construction and material for fire safety and mechanical protection may be applied.

This Abu Garcia reel also comes equipped with D2 Gear design, this is the new next generation of Duragear. The Duragear provides more efficient gear system while improving overall durability as well. The Revo Inshore sideplates are precision engineered with C6 carbon sideplates for signifigant weight reduction without having to give up strength or durability. The Pitch Centrifugal brake utilizes, 6 brake blocks (3 spring loaded and 3 non spring loaded). The spring loaded brake blocks act only when the spool is under high revolution (1st part of the cast) and will then disengage to give maximum distance. The non spring loaded brake blocks act on the entire cast to give maximum control throughout the cast.
