1- Buyer issues LOI /ICPO and BCL
2- Seller issues Commercial invoice (CI) to buyer,� Buyer Signs CI and returns to Seller.
3- Seller issues the following documents to the buyer;
a. Fresh SGS from Rotterdam not older than 48 hours
b. Unconditional DTA
c. Authorization for physical verification of the product (ATV)
d. Authorization to sell & collect (ATSC )
3- Buyer orders SGS to conduct Dip Test of the product in the Seller Tank on Buyer's expense or just verify the SGS to close.
4- Upon successful dip test or SGS verification buyer provides valid TSR & ATI
5- Seller injects fuel into the Buyer's nominated Tank and Seller provides the full injection report to the Buyer, Buyer makes payment by MT103 transfer for the total product injected.
6- Seller issues Buyer Title of ownership Certificate and all related export documentations, Seller and Buyer sign the Contract and buyer provides the Banking instrument for the contract.
7- Buyer pays Buyer side Seller pays Seller side Commission to all involved in this transaction as per signed NCNDA/IMFPA
