Iron ores are rocks and minerals from which metallic iron can be economically extracted. The ores are usually rich in iron oxides and vary in colour from dark grey, bright yellow, or deep purple to rusty red. The iron is usually found in the form of magnetite
We are strategic channel partners of Timcorp Madencilik, Turkey and other Miners in India for the supply of Iron Ore.
We source this high grade Iron Ore directly from the mine and thus provide the market best prices with complete transparency and great service.
Our mines produce Hematite with the the grade of Fe ranges from (58-60%), Al (15%), and Si ( below 4%).

Iron ores are rocks and minerals from which metallic iron can be economically extracted. The ores are usually rich in iron oxides. Ores containing very high quantities of hematite or magnetite, typically greater than about 60% iron, are known as natural ore or direct shipping ore, and can be fed directly into iron-making blast furnaces.
The AS-013 angled field spec mounting bracket facilitates angled mounting of Apogee Instruments field spectroradiometers model SS-110 and SS-120 to a mast or pipe. The bracket is designed to orient the spec at varying angles to satisfy all applications.
The AL-130 Albedometer Bracket is designed to accommodate the SP-510 upward-looking thermopile pyranometer and the SP-610 downward-looking pyranometer to create an albedometer. It can also be used to mount other upward and downward facing sensors, such as our pyrgeometers. The AL-130 bracket is designed to be mounted to a mast or pipe with a 1.3 to 2.1 outer diameter and has an integrated bubble level to make leveling simple and accurate for proper sensor installation.
The AM-400 adjustable angle mounting bracket is designed to mount Apogee Instruments downward-facing sensors at different angles when mounted to a vertical or horizontal mast or pipe. This bracket can also be used to mount upward facing sensors in plane-of-array configurations
Pig iron, also known as crude iron, is an intermediate product of the iron industry in the production of steel which is obtained by smelting iron ore in a blast furnace. When the metal had cooled and hardened, the smaller ingots (the "pigs") were simply broken from the runner (the "sow"), hence the name "pig iron".
Coal based Sponge-iron is a metallic product produced through direct reduction of iron ore in the solid state. As such it is also known as Direct Reduced Iron (DRI).After reduction of iron ore pellet the product resembles sponge because of pores left behind after removal of oxygen. As such it is called Sponge Iron
* Iron ore is found in nature in the form of rocks, mixed with other elements. By means of various industrial processes incorporating cutting-edge technology, iron ore is processed and then sold to steel companies.
The primary use of iron ore (98%) is to make steel. The remaining 2% is used in various other applications, such as: powdered iron for certain types of steels, magnets, auto parts and catalysts. radioactive iron (iron 59) for medicine and as a tracer element in biochemical and metallurgical research

Galvanised Iron (GI) Pipes are manufactured using mild steel strips of Low Carbon Steel Coils. The strips are passed through a series of fin rolls to give them a circular shape. The slit ends of the strips are then welded together by continuously passing high frequency electric current across the edges. The welded steel pipes are then passed through sizing sections where any dimensional deviations are corrected. The pipes are then cut into desired lengths by automatic cutting machines. The tubes are then pressure tested for any leaks randomly. The galvanization and varnishing of pipes are done as per specific requirements. The GI Pipes are generally used for distribution of treated or raw water in rural or urban areas. These pipes are cheaper, light weight and easy to handle.
