How to play

I. Overview
The conveyor system represents an innovative and advanced material handling solution. Featuring compact design, flexible operation, and quick assembly, it enables efficient material transportation through simple configurations. Capable of horizontal, inclined, and vertical conveyance, it handles various agricultural products including rice, wheat, corn, and sorghum, as well as bulk materials such as dry sand, gravel, construction waste, cement, and wood chips. This state-of-the-art high-performance painted conveyor system boasts five key technical advantages:
1. National Standard Copper-Wrapped Motor 220V/380V
2. Thickened high-manganese steel blades
3. Thickened high-wear-resistant PU tendon pipe (ensuring no hardening at-30C in winter)
4. Painted nose and tail (resistant to rust)
5. Vertebral tail end (high sealing performance). Our company is the largest conveyor manufacturer in China, capable of customizing lengths ranging from 2 to 30 meters. Small conveyors have an hourly working capacity of 3-5 tons, medium conveyors of 8-10 tons per hour, and large conveyors of 18-25 tons per hour.
II. Machine Debugging
1. After unpacking, conduct a step-by-step inventory check according to the packing list to verify the completeness of components.
2. During debugging, the pipe should be kept as natural as possible, with smooth bends to minimize pipe wear.
3. During debugging, the conveyor system shall employ power copper wires with a cross-sectional area of 3-10 mm² in accordance with national standards.
4. When installing the motor V-belt, the small pulley should be fitted first, followed by the large pulley.
5. During mechanical conveyance, avoid idling whenever possible to prevent pipe wear.
6. During installation on the vehicle, the machine head should be oriented outward and secured with screws.
7. In case of material blockage or similar issues during material conveyance, immediate shutdown for cleaning should be performed before restarting operation.
8. If the blade is accidentally damaged during use, it can be repaired using a welding machine. The method is shown in the figure:
During welding, the two blades are first screwed in two turns before proceeding with the welding process.
Note: Three-phase electricity rotates clockwise and cannot be reversed.
