Product introduction
The plate condenser consists of plates that are welded together in pairs to form a so-called plate set. The concept of a plate set leads to two different types of channels: a weld channel for condensing steam and a gasket seal channel for cooling water. This type of plate is specially designed for optimum condensation. It has an asymmetrical arrangement with a large gap on the steam side and a small gap on the cooling water side. This makes it possible to maintain a very low pressure drop at the steam end while maintaining a certain speed and turbulence on the cooling water side. This maximizes heat transfer efficiency and minimizes fouling.

Plate condensers are specially developed for condensing steam under low pressure or vacuum conditions in evaporation and distillation systems. It can meet a variety of specific applications and capabilities requirements. The steam inlet fitting is large and the two condensate outlets are small. The cooling water fitting is a medium size and is located in the center of the plate.

Product principle

The working principle of the plate evaporator is to compress the secondary steam generated by the equipment through the configured compressor, then raise the pressure and temperature to a certain range, and finally transfer it to the relevant heating chamber of evaporator as heating steam. The design of the plate corrugation is aimed at the high thermal conductivity. The special flow path are formed by the plate corrugation causing strong disturbance flow at a very low flow rate, which is called turbulent flow. And the disturbance flow can be self-cleaning to prevent fouling and thus the heat transfer efficiency is high.

Dark-colored inkjet transfer paper is suitable for transferring images onto dark-colored cotton or cotton-mixed fabrics. It is printed with common color inkjet printers using pigment ink or water-based ink.
1.Printing
-Printer setup. Recommend to select Photo Quality Inkjet Paper mode for satisfactory printing results.
-Print the wishful image onto the transfer paper. Then leave it to dry for about 10 minutes.
-Cut out the image, leaving a narrow margin of 5 mm around the pattern edges.

2.Transferring
-Preheat the heat press machine and set the recommended transfer temperature to 170-180.
-Peel off the base paper from the printed coating, and the coating would remain as a film-like material.
-Place the image coating on the textile, printed (image) side facing up.
-Put the isolation paper on the image, the glossy side facing down.
-Transfer for 15-30 seconds, then remove the textile from machine, peel the isolation paper after cooled.

3.Washing
-Its best not to wash the textile in 24 hours after transferring.
-Washing the textile in cold or 30-40 water. Do not wash with strongly alkaline detergents, and no bleach. Avoid rubbing the transferred pattern when hand washing.
-Do not wring. Line dry in shade recommended.
-Dont dry-clean.

In prevention of two different kinds of fluid from intermixing caused by internal leakage, KAORI precisely designed the D Series solution with the double-stacked plates, to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination. The unique air gap is created between the two plates. Once the internal leakage occurs, the 2nd plate becomes the shield to keep the liquid stay and flow on the same channel through the air gap. Meanwhile, vent holes outside the plate will seep out the liquid as an indication of leakage.
