Naturally roasted coffee is characterized by a roasting process in which no additional ingredients are added. It's a 100% natural roasting process, like the one we use at Star Coffee, a roasted coffee with an intense aroma in which its bitterness and acidity are perfectly balanced.
In the intermediate zones between 1,070 and 1,300 meters above sea level, the coffee produced at these altitudes is known as Semi-Hard and Hard. In the highest areas, starting at 1,300 meters above sea level, Strictly Hard (SHB) coffee is grown, highly prized worldwide for its distinctive acidity, consistent body, defined flavor, and strong aroma.
