Industrial Crane Konecranes CTX 10 t, Dual Bridge with 33.6 m span
The crane was manufactured by Konecranes Oyj in 2001 and the operation was stopped in year 2006. The equipment was regularly serviced by the manufacturer and is thus in excellent operating condition. The crane is still installed in its original place and can be tested on any time. The double bridge is welded housing construction equipped with one double speed wire hoists and a motorized rail equipment on both ends. The crane has both the local wire connected control unit as well as the wireless remote controller. On the bridge there is a service platform and the local LV û and control cabinet. All electric motors are dimensioned in accordance with Industrial Heavy Duty ED classification. The equipment includes the crane moving rail which will be sold separately.

The equipment is designed and manufactured by Gough & Co Ldt, UK in year 1999 / installed in 2000, manufacturer’s type single deck Vibracon GVF4. We have totally 3 identical units which were dismantled in 2007 and all of them are in very good operational condition. These are single deck circular screen design for high velocity scalping, de-watering or single deck separation in chemical and pharmaceutical industry. (These units were screening oversized particles in PVC - granulate factory truck loading station) The perforated screen and all product touching parts are made on stainless steel AISI 304L. Top deck houses the screen and the discharge spout for oversize particle removal is fitted to it. Top deck is supported with mechanical spring and vibration movement is created by two contra rotating vibrating motors on the outside of the unit so there are no internal working parts. Vibration power can be adjusted.
