Compressors units (totally 4 pcs) are built by York Sabroe in 2002 and 2003 and they operate with R22 refrigerant. Two identical SAB 128 HF screw compressor units are built on a common base frame with an integrated horizontally mounted oil separators, oil circulation pumps and local operating panels. Common (for two compressors) plate type Freon / Glycol evaporator, internal glycol circulating pump and one large Freon buffer tank is also build on the same base frame. Delivery includes also evaporative condenser and LV / Control cabinet and external glycol circulating pump.

This laminating tunnel / convection oven is made by Swedish TRIAB / Tri Innovations AB in year 2006. The oven is designed for industrial use and in build up in two separable laminating sections, both equipped with one 40.5 kW hot air sections, one product and one return conveyors and common control unit. All product touching parts are made either of stainless steel (structures and panels) or Teflon made net belts. Convection belt (600 mm wide) is located inside of the oven tunnel and has grid type surface, the return conveyor is installed on the tunnel and it has tight waived Teflon belt. The control cabinet is attached to the equipment structures. The speed of laminating conveyor is adjusted with an inverter driven motor. The speed of return conveyor can be fine tuned via a potentiometer. The equipment is featured with a remote control possibility. There are two identical sets of oil-free, 2 lobe rotary blowers, made by Germand Kaeser Kompressoren GmbH in year 2005 with accessories. Manufactures type is Kaeser ED 420 Compact Omega Pluss 53 and accessories include a control cabinet with two inverters and programmable Kaeser Start Control STC 30 unit, totally 6 preliminary intake air filters and 3 final air intake filters with their steel supports. The rotary blower units have removable sound enclose for noise insulation. Operation of the equipment was stopped in year 2007, total running hours approx 7000 and therefore they are in excellent operational condition. This equipment is suitable for demanding dust collection and pneumatic transportation of various products due to oil free operation. For pneumatic transport application some changes in filters and other parts are needed.
The rotary lobe has two blower shafts with high efficiency Omega profile in a blower block. The rotary lobe and the block have a very small distance and they are not touching each other's and therefore there is no need for lubrication oil. The rotors are driven by high efficiency electric motor via belt connection and they both are installed on the same base frame. . The inlet and discharge silencers are designed to be effective at all frequencies and are eminently suited to variable speed . Higher rotational blower speeds produce high volumetric efficiencies, which in turn lower discharge temperatures and power consumption. The Compact Range ensures that all serviceable items are accessed from the front panels of enclosures.

R-Steel® Wire Loops and Boxes manufactured by R-Group Finland Oy are steel parts consisting of a high strength steel wire and a steel box. R-Steel® Wire Loop boxes are very easy to use on site, with proven no tool tear off tape that releases the flexible loops.

Our wire loop box range includes: Single wire loop boxes and Double wire loop boxes. Highly effeâ?¢cient product available for both precast and cast in situ structure. It is mainly used in the connection of slabs, walls and columns.
Quality control of the wire rope loops is done according to the requirements of the Finnish Code of Building Regulations and the instructions according to the quality and environment system of the R-Group Finland Oy (ISO9001 and ISO 14001). R-Group Finland Oy has a quality control contract with Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy.
The steel box and the wire rope are zinc coated. Zinced products are passivized with min. 1 month of storage.

R-Steel Loop is a flexible wire rope is bent to loop and held together by compression sleeve. R-Steel® Loop may be used e.g. to tie concrete wall elements to the building frame with ribbed steel bars installed through the wire rope loop.

The wire boxes have the advantage of ease of casting and protection of the loop, however the R-Steel® loops can be used in thinner panels and can also be used for lifting.
