2 Technical parameters
1. Printing wheel: applicable to outer diameter 100mm, inner diameter  20mm, large width 25mm, power: single-phase 220v15w mixing, high printing speed 400m / min, and the printing quality meets the requirements of UL, CSA, VDE, JIS and other series.
2. Ink box: made of stainless steel, equipped with 1 (also equipped with hardware tools) with ink guide wheel. After passing through the ink scraping device, the height of the printing center on the cable surface is 1000mm-1200 mm (adjustable).

3 Working principle
Using the traction of the cable take-up reel, there is residual water on the surface of the cable after cooling in the cooling water tank. The friction torque generated by the clamping of the cable in the production or rewinding of the pressing wheel and the word wheel pair forces the forced rotation of the word wheel and the pressing wheel. At the same time, the word wheel is immersed in the ink. The forced rotating word wheel scrapes the ink that is not on the working surface by the scraper (the mark printed on the word wheel is gravure, and there is a residual ink layer of 0.02 ~ 0.03mm after passing through the scraper) and is pressed closely and synchronously with the printing cable to print clear lines and graphics. In addition, when the part of the cable with plastic tumor passes through the equipment, the pressing wheel can be lifted automatically. After the plastic passes through, it will return to the normal working state by itself.
4 Operational matters
First, select the printing wheel, and the content of the printing wheel must be consistent with the manufacturing order.
After determining the required ink (special ink cylinder for printing white words or black words), pour in the ink so that the amount of ink can be about 4cm away from the edge of the ink cylinder. Add 100g of solvent and place it on the printing frame. Turn on the power supply of the bottom introduction, make the introduction run, and stir the ink and solvent evenly.
Install the required printing wheel, tighten the nut, adjust the blade, make the printing wheel run without ink strip, and then fix the blade clamp.
Select a suitable pressing wheel to make the printing on the printing wheel in the middle of the wire.
Turn on the start switch
When the printer operates normally, add solvent (5g ~ 10g solvent) every 20 minutes and stir evenly.
The time and dosage of adding solvent must be recorded and filled in the control table.
5 Maintenance items
