Ammonium nitrate is an industrial chemical commonly used in fertilisers and as an explosive for quarrying and mining. It is an oxidiser considered relatively safe if uncontaminated and stored properly. But it is extremely dangerous if contaminated, mixed with fuel or stored unsafely.
A large quantity of ammonium nitrate exposed to intense heat can trigger an explosion. Storing the chemical near large fuel tanks, in bulk in large quantities and in a poorly-ventilated facility could cause a massive blast. The larger the quantity, the more risk it will detonate.

6] POP by seller.
7] L/C: FFDLC by irrevocable, transferable/Non-transferable, confirmed 100% at sight against the presentation of shipping documents.
8] PBG 2% by seller

Notes:
In some deals, we offer the following:
1] A clause in the contract imposing 2% of the total contract value as a penalty on the seller if he fails to perform the contract. This is in addition to the 2% PBG.
2] A Bank commitment letter that guarantees that the seller will provide PBG along with the POP via SWIFT before the buyer issues his LC.
3] Non operative PBG in advance before issuing the LC by buyer
4] Only SERIOUS Buyer are welcomed. ONLY serious buyers can provide BCL.

Commission Policy:
