Bop remote control system is special equipment, which is used to control bop, hydraulic chock, kill system and diverter equipment, and indispensable equipment for blowout preventer during drilling or workover in petroleum and natural gas industry.
The function of the remote control system for surface mounted bop stacks is preparing and prestoring enough hydraulic oil and controlling its flow direction, in order to open or close bop quickly. As the hydraulic oil used, the pressure drops down, when the pressure lowers to a certain value, the accumulator unit will renew the hydraulic oil automatically, to keep the pressure in a certain high value.
The casing head is a kind of part of connecting casings and wellheads. A landing nipple, adaptable to be made up in a tubing string having a sliding sleeve disposed in its bore for selectively providing communication of balance and control pressure fluid to the nipple bore. When the sleeve is shifted to its first, upper position, balance fluid is conducted via the nipple to a tubing retrievable safety valve placed in the tubing string below the nipple. In the event the tubing retrievable safety valve is taken out of service, a secondary safety valve can be landed in the nipple, the sleeve shifted to its downward, second position, opening sleeve ports for conducting control and balance fluids to the landed, secondary safety valve. The nipple has a failed closed safety system provided by the novel arrangement of nipple entry ports for balance and control fluid, in that the control fluid entry port is in between two balance fluid ports and their seals, so that failure of the pressure seal exposed to tubing pressure causes tubing pressure to enter the balance pressure system closing the tubing retrievable or secondary safety valve, whichever is presently in service

There are no pins, springs or other small parts to break or lose in the hole, making it safer to use and easier to maintain than other rollers. Operation is very simple, requiring only ample fluid circulation and slow rotary speeds.
Features: casing rollers are composed of a mandrel with a series of eccentric roll surfaces, each of which is assembled with a series of heavy-duty rollers. These rollers are secured by a nose cone which is locked to the mandrel by a series of husky ball bearings, running in a race between the nose cone and lower mandrel end. These tools may be redressed to roll a larger size by changing the rollers to proper oversize rollers.
The casing roller is equally effective using right- or left-hand rotation and left-hand connections will be furnished on request. Lower stinger connections may be furnished on a special nose cone or on the lower mandrel end on request, at additional cost.

Maintaining a clean casing i.D. Is important when operating drilling, fishing, or wire line tools. Likewise, packers, patches, spears, and similar tools require clean surfaces to grip. Obstructions on casing walls will frequently cause these tools to fail or become difficult to operate.
Construction:
Utilizing a simple one-piece mandrel design, the bowen casing scraper is constructed to be rugged, yet simple to operate and maintain. The scraper conditions 50 percent more surface area than any other tool on the market. The full circle blades are so spaced to contact 600¡ã (almost two complete circles) of casing surface at once.
