Compressor single stage, standard speed oil-injected rotary screw compressor with manufactured by German company Drucklufttechnik GmbH in year 2002. The complete unit consists of intermediate pressure vessel and Ultratroc - air dryer all delivered same time as the compressor. The unit is controlled by modern DELCOS 3000 control unit. The total unit has 30320 operating hours, the unit has been regularly serviced by a compressor service company and is in good operational condition. The compressor is single-stage, double screw, V-belt driven electric motor drive compressor which has oil cooler and thermostat controlled water - air after cooler on discharge of the pressurized air. The operations were stopped in year 2006 but the compressor and other equipment are still installed and ready for test run.

The line is designed to fill beer in to three different type of 0,33 litre glass bottles, label the bottles neck around and lower body small around and pack the bottles in to 4 x 6 bottle cartoon boxes. This bottling line capacity is 20000 bph. Clean glass bottles were brought on wooden pallets to depalletizer which feed them to the filling lines. Innofill DMG bottle filling machine and Handtmann MMS filtration system are located in a clean air room. KHS lamella conveyor system for bottle transport and cartoon boxes. The equipment were totally delivered by German KHS in year 2003, most of machines manufactured in year 2002. All control units are Siemens Simatic S7 model with remote connection. Kisters Wrap Around Packer 310
Kisters fully automated wrap around packer model 310 is a single-lane, high-performance packing robot for producing wrap-around and tray packs from stable individual products. It can handle tins, cans, jars, glass and PET bottles, as well as pre-packed products from the beverage, hygiene and food processing industry with high packaging speeds.
It can process flat corrugated cardboard and full carton blanks in different qualities. In each case, the carton is folded tightly around the product groups and subsequently glued with hotmelt and it has a large and easily accessible cardboard blank magazine. Optimum packaging results are achieved in conjunction with the precise cardboard blank guides and the exact folding process.
Wrapping robot can handle a wide range of formats. The unit is PLC-controlled and it can be easily adjusted for other packing formats. This machine has been packing beer tins (12/24 x 0.3 liters and 12 / 24 x 0.5 liters) into cartoon wrap-around packs at speed of 60 packs / min. This unit was in full operation till beginning of November 2010 and is now dismantled and stored.

R-Steel® Wire Loops and Boxes manufactured by R-Group Finland Oy are steel parts consisting of a high strength steel wire and a steel box. R-Steel® Wire Loop boxes are very easy to use on site, with proven no tool tear off tape that releases the flexible loops.

Our wire loop box range includes: Single wire loop boxes and Double wire loop boxes. Highly effeâ?¢cient product available for both precast and cast in situ structure. It is mainly used in the connection of slabs, walls and columns.
Quality control of the wire rope loops is done according to the requirements of the Finnish Code of Building Regulations and the instructions according to the quality and environment system of the R-Group Finland Oy (ISO9001 and ISO 14001). R-Group Finland Oy has a quality control contract with Inspecta Sertifiointi Oy.
The steel box and the wire rope are zinc coated. Zinced products are passivized with min. 1 month of storage.

R-Steel Loop is a flexible wire rope is bent to loop and held together by compression sleeve. R-Steel® Loop may be used e.g. to tie concrete wall elements to the building frame with ribbed steel bars installed through the wire rope loop.

The wire boxes have the advantage of ease of casting and protection of the loop, however the R-Steel® loops can be used in thinner panels and can also be used for lifting.

Totally two identical 145 kW wind turbine units, made in 1988 by Danish A/S Nortank, total operating hours approx 75000. The equipment have been dismatled since 2008 and inspected and serviced for operation condition and they are ready for immediate delivery

We have totally 2 units of uninstalled complete wind turbines manufactured by Danish A/S Nordtank in year 1988, manufactures type NTK 130 with rated power of 2 x 145 kW. The mills are in good operational condition and ready for immediate shipment. The hubs are heat treated MEEHANITE hubs made by company SABROE and are equipped with cast iron construction which allows adjustment for blade pitch angle. The blades are made by Danish company LM- Glasfiber, material is glass fiber reinforced polyester and they have self-supporting structure with bushing roots. The blades have also hydraulically activated tip brakes which automatically rotate the tips to a 90 degree break angle when wind is lost or it can be used for maintenance stoppage. The gear box in made by German Lohman & Stolterfoht and it is two step planetary gear type with high AGMA rating of 302 kW. The break system is 100% fail safe Nortank’s own hydraulically / mechanically activated brakes. Both units have they own Motorola 6809 multi-microprocessor operated control units which are housed in dust proof steel cabinets.

The recovery plant is specially designed to recover CO2 from fermentation processes at breweries. This complete CO2 plant was installed in 2001 and it has nominal CO2 removal capacity of 1000 kg/h.
