Our oxygen free copper strip is manufactured from grade M00 copper in full compliance with GOST 859 2014 standard. The product achieves an exceptional purity level of 99.9999% copper content by weight. In accordance with the controlled impurity list including Li, Be, Mg, Ti, V, Co, Mo, and Cd as specified in Technical Conditions TU24.24-002-59861625-2023 for copper ingots, the total impurity content does not exceed 0.0001%. The main copper content is calculated as the balance after deducting all controlled impurities, guaranteeing the highest grade of material purity for critical applications.

2. Product Form & Dimensions
The strip is supplied in a standard busbar format with precise dimensions of 10 mm 100 mm 1000 mm (thicknesswidth length). This uniform size facilitates easy handling, machining, and integration into various manufacturing processes.

Our ultra fine copper powder boasts a purity level of 99.9999% (6N) by weight, calculated as the balance after determining all controlled impurities in strict accordance with technical specification requirements. The isotopic composition is naturally distributed as Cu 69.09% and Cu 30.91%. The mass fraction of the main component is derived by subtracting the total content of controlled impurities from 100%, ensuring the highest level of material integrity for demanding industrial and research applications.

2. Physical Characteristics
The powder is classified as an ultrafine grade, with 90% of particles exhibiting an average particle size of 12 m. Its apparent density ranges between 1.25 and 1.50 g/cm³, and the powder features a non laminar (non-flake) structure, which enhances flowability, improves packing behavior, and ensures uniform dispersion in mixing and compounding processes.

3. Stabilization & Preservation
To guarantee optimal storage performance and prevent surface oxidation during transportation and handling, the copper powder is stabilized and preserved under a protective argon atmosphere throughout the entire logistics chain.

4. Packaging Options
For standard orders, the powder is supplied in special sealed containers filled with argon, available in 2 kg or 3 kg sizes. These containers are then placed into plastic cartons, with a net weight of 36 kg per carton, and eight cartons are arranged on each pallet for efficient handling and shipping.

For bulk orders of 5 metric tons and above, we offer an alternative packaging solution using 85 kg aluminum drums, also argon preserved, to ensure product stability while optimizing logistics costs for largeâ??scale industrial consumption.
