Technical Details & Construction Specifications
Silhouette: Relaxed, semi-fitted casual crewneck t-shirt.
Sleeve Detail: Permanently tacked rolled-up cuffs. Secure with a 1/4" bartack or blind stitch at the top shoulder seam and bottom underarm seam to prevent unrolling during washing.
Neckline: 3/4" (2 cm) self-fabric crewneck binding or 1x1 lightweight rib knit collar. Double-needle topstitching (1/4" gauge) along the front neck drop.
Shoulder Seams: Reinforced with clear silicone tape or twill tape inside the seam to prevent the shoulders from stretching out over time.
Stitching Details:
Side Seams: 4-thread overlock stitching for maximum durability and stretch flexibility.
Bottom Hem: 1" (2.5 cm) double-needle coverstitch hem.
