Upon confirmation of buyer's account with Steinweg/Bolore/Manica, Seller sends SPA. After signing SPA, Steinweg will send confirmation email to buyer that the seller is registered with Steinweg/Bolore/Manica, it's reliable. Buyer then issues irrevocable, non-transferable, non-revolving DLC to the seller. Seller delivers cathodes to the bonded warehouse. After SGS, buyer makes TT payment via MT103 against required documents (export licence, ownership certificate, analysis report, etc.). Then DLC will be void and null.

*Buyer Must Have Existing Account With The Bonded Warehouse.
