After receiving your email, we will then complete formal introductions with the supplier, who will then follow the steps below:

1. They will share the relevant export documents with your representative at Ndola.

2. You will need to provide a Letter of Intent (LOI) along with Proof of Funds (POF).

3. After receiving your LOI and POF, the supplier will send a full corporate offer (FCO), which includes a proof of product (SKR) from CEVA.

4. Upon agreement, the supplier asks that you open an account with CEVA at a location of your choosing, deposit the full payment amount into the account as agreed, and we will transfer the goods to your company name.

5. Following the verification process, CEVA will credit our account.

6. Our price is LME 15% with a commission of 2%. Additionally, CEVA offers insurance options for your shipment at an additional cost.
