Good condition filtration press made ny German MSE Filterpress GmbH in year 1997. The press has 33 plates of size 630 x 630 mm, cace thickness 25 mm. Includes own hydraulic system and control cabinet.

The equipment is manufactured by German MSE Filterpress GmbH, year 1997. Manufacturer’s type KFP 630-40-25K-MPN+DLMP. Structure is made on normal construction steel, plate size is 630 x 630 mm. The filter plates are pressed with single acting hydraulic cylinder with inbuilt hydraulic pump-motor. Product is fed in a central sludge feed inlet with flange connection and each pressing unit has its own outlet for the liquid filtrate which is them collected in one outlet channel. The cake will be disposed under the press. The unit has its own control panel attached to the equipment.

This Powerpak 660 horizontal thermoforming machine (form/fill/seal) is manufactured by German Tiromat Krämer+Grebe GmbH & Co in 1998. It is designed for high capacity packing of various products in food and pharmaceutical industry. This unit has been packing bread in to vacuum pack and it is equipped with a three head hot foil printer, 2- gas mixing device for CO2 injection, separate vacuum pump, cross- and longitudinal cutters and water cooled upper cover of the forming unit. Construction material is food quality stainless steel and equipment is controlled with PC-programmable Tiromat Control Unit.

This unit has very little operation hours - estimated total 3000 hours - and therefore it is in excellent condition. Operating and service manuals in English, Finnish and German and machine comes with the CE-certificate.

The equipment is designed and manufactured by Gough & Co Ldt, UK in year 1999 / installed in 2000, manufacturer’s type single deck Vibracon GVF4. We have totally 3 identical units which were dismantled in 2007 and all of them are in very good operational condition. These are single deck circular screen design for high velocity scalping, de-watering or single deck separation in chemical and pharmaceutical industry. (These units were screening oversized particles in PVC - granulate factory truck loading station) The perforated screen and all product touching parts are made on stainless steel AISI 304L. Top deck houses the screen and the discharge spout for oversize particle removal is fitted to it. Top deck is supported with mechanical spring and vibration movement is created by two contra rotating vibrating motors on the outside of the unit so there are no internal working parts. Vibration power can be adjusted.

Industrial Crane Konecranes CTX 10 t, Dual Bridge with 33.6 m span

The crane was manufactured by Konecranes Oyj in 2001 and the operation was stopped in year 2006. The equipment was regularly serviced by the manufacturer and is thus in excellent operating condition. The crane is still installed in its original place and can be tested on any time. The double bridge is welded housing construction equipped with one double speed wire hoists and a motorized rail equipment on both ends. The crane has both the local wire connected control unit as well as the wireless remote controller. On the bridge there is a service platform and the local LV û and control cabinet. Totally two identical 145 kW wind turbine units, made in 1988 by Danish A/S Nortank, total operating hours approx 75000. The equipment have been dismatled since 2008 and inspected and serviced for operation condition and they are ready for immediate delivery

We have totally 2 units of uninstalled complete wind turbines manufactured by Danish A/S Nordtank in year 1988, manufactures type NTK 130 with rated power of 2 x 145 kW. The mills are in good operational condition and ready for immediate shipment. The hubs are heat treated MEEHANITE hubs made by company SABROE and are equipped with cast iron construction which allows adjustment for blade pitch angle. The blades are made by Danish company LM- Glasfiber, material is glass fiber reinforced polyester and they have self-supporting structure with bushing roots. The blades have also hydraulically activated tip brakes which automatically rotate the tips to a 90 degree break angle when wind is lost or it can be used for maintenance stoppage. The gear box in made by German Lohman & Stolterfoht and it is two step planetary gear type with high AGMA rating of 302 kW. The break system is 100% fail safe Nortank’s own hydraulically / mechanically activated brakes. Both units have they own Motorola 6809 multi-microprocessor operated control units which are housed in dust proof steel cabinets.

The equipment was manufactured by Jeffrey Rader Inc, Sweden in year 1995, manufacturers type is DynaYield 80-300 and it is in good operational condition. The Chip Conditioner consists of two heavy duty rolls with removable profiled surfaces. They rotate towards each other and pull the oversize chips between them. The profiled surfaces are aligned so that the pyramid apexes on one roll travel in the valleys of the apexes on the adjacent roll. With normal oversize wood, the Conditioner typically generates less than 1% fines and 3% pins
The normal application for the Chip Conditioner is in a chemical pulping process, processing the oversize materials by fissuring the wood chips parallel with the grain to allow the cooking liquors to penetrate the chip, and allow the oversize chip to cook as an acceptable size chip. An important feature of this machine is its ability to handle small portions of tramp without going off-line.
