Production line introduction
For the charcoal briquette machine production line, we also design it according to customer raw material, capacity or other requirement. now i explain roughly production line for you, if you have some requirement you can let me know.
1. If your material is coal, charcoal, will need a crusher to crush it into powder less than 2mm.
2. Owing to some material have no stickiness, so you need add some binder into it and mix.
3. After mixing material going into charcoal briquette machine forming directly.
4. After forming product, some product need dry it to let it become hardness for using.
5. Pack final product for sell.

2. Packing: single briquette machine will use wooden pack, production line machine will use plastic film to pack then loading into container directly.
