Summary:
Automatic precast concrete hollow blocks machine is designed reasonable in structure, easy for operation and maintenance, durable with high speed productivity, by which forming slabs are smooth in surface, compact in high intensity. Random cutting for any length (according to standard), flexible combination of the slab can satisfy various kinds of floor construction. This prestressed hollow core slab can simplify the construction framework. It also can reduce the bearing load of walls and beams to increase the usage area and decrease the construction cost.
When producing, firstly place the steel wire on the producing bed and tensioning according to the tensioning value. Then adjust the slab machine, feed the necessary concrete into the hopper of the slab machine, after a processing of pushing and high frequency vibrate to form the slab. When it up to standard strength after curing, the slab can be cut into needed size and stored.
Working principle:
This kind of machine is used to feed concrete into a die by means of a slide block is reciprocation along the steel tendon and compact concrete into a designed form by extrusion on a bed box in open air or a workshop ,under the operation of external vibration,surface press polish,the formed concrete is completed.

Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate (SNF), also known as Poly Naphthalene Sulfonate (PNS) and Formaldehyde Sulfonate Condensate (FDN), is a highly effective water reducer and superplasticizer commonly used in the construction industry to improve the workability and strength of concrete.

In winter constructions, no ice, snow or freezing elements in aggregate materials. Raw materials should be pre-heated if possible.
After pouring, cover plastic film and enhance thermal insulation curing.

The feasibility of combination with other admixtures needs to be conformed by mixture tests.
