Thiadiazole derivative metal deactivator T561

This product is a corrosion inhibitor of copper, non-ferrous metal deactivator has excellent oil solubility, can be used as a metal deactivator in lubricating oil, and has good extrusion and wear resistance. Our company has independently developed thiadiazole polysulfide (T561) by absorbing foreign production technology, and all its raw materials are produced at home. T561 has excellent oil solubility, copper corrosion inhibition and oxidation resistance. It can significantly reduce the corrosion of ZDDP to copper and solve the problem of hydrolysis stability. It can greatly improve the oxidation resistance of Daqing paraffin-based oil in internal combustion engine oil. Purpose:
Metal deactivator T561 is a thiadiazole polysulfide, which can capture active sulfur in oil products and inhibit metal corrosion. Because it contains polysulfide bonds, it can form sulfide film with metal surface, which effectively inhibits the catalytic effect of metal ions on oil products. Therefore, T561 is a very effective lubricant additive in improving the performance of oil products. Adding 0.03-0.05% T-561 metal deactivator to the formulation of alkaline high zinc antiwear hydraulic oil, the oil can pass the hydrolysis stability test of Denison HF-2. Adding 0.4-0.5% T-561 metal deactivator to the formulation of internal combustion engine oil can increase the TFOUT induction period of oil by more than 60 minutes. Product Description: This product is an upgraded substitute of T56 1, a traditional thiadiazole derivative. The sulfur content can reach more than 31%. The metal deactivator TH571 is a yellow-brown transparent liquid made from thiadiazole and long molecular chain mercaptan by introducing S and N heteroatoms with anti-wear activity into the main chain of macromolecule and through complex oxidative coupling reaction. The product has excellent oil solubility, Metal Deactivation characteristics, extreme pressure and wear resistance, oxygen resistance, corrosion resistance and the ability to reduce metal activity. Compared with the traditional thiadiazole derivative T561, the modified thiadiazole derivative TH571 has better oil solubility and can form a complete protective film on the surface of copper. The protective film has better corrosion inhibition effect on copper. It is widely used as metal deactivator in automobile engine oil, gear oil and metal cutting fluid, extreme pressure antiwear agent in lubricating oil, and can significantly inhibit the corrosion of copper. The corrosiveness of sulphide produced in lubricating oil during use is an excellent antioxidant. It is used as bearing preservative, antiwear agent and metal deactivator in antiwear hydraulic oil, cryogenic hydraulic oil, steam turbine oil and gasoline engine oil.
It is used as extreme pressure agent, bacteria and oxidation inhibitor in emulsifier, and as antioxidant in internal combustion engine oil. It is characterized by low dosage and high performance. I. Product Introduction
This product is an upgraded substitute of T561, a traditional thiadiazole derivative. The sulfur content is more than 33%. The metal deactivator TH561 is a yellow-brown transparent liquid prepared by complex oxidation coupling reaction, using thiadiazole and alkanethiol as raw materials and introducing S, N and other anti-wear heteroatoms into the main chain of macromolecule. The product has excellent extreme pressure and abrasion resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and the ability to reduce metal activity. Compared with the traditional thiadiazole derivative T561, the modified thiadiazole derivative TH561 has better oil solubility, can form a complete protective film on the copper surface, and has better corrosion inhibition effect on copper. It is widely used in automobile engine oil, gear oil and metal cutting fluid as metal deactivator, in lubricating oil, as extreme pressure and anti-wear agent, can significantly inhibit lubricating oil.
II. Product Application
This product is widely used in bearing preservatives, anti-wear hydraulic oil, industrial gear oil, extreme pressure agents and oxidation inhibitors and other industrial oils. In the formulation of internal combustion engine oil, it is an important way to improve the oxidation induction period of the oil to solve the problem of poor oxidation resistance of low sulfur and high nitrogen oil products in China. It is used as extreme pressure agent, bacteria and oxidation inhibitor in emulsifier, and as antioxidant in internal combustion engine oil. It is characterized by low dosage and high performance. It is used in oil products to form a protective film by interacting with non-ferrous metal surface. It can effectively prevent the corrosion of metal caused by active sulfur and acidic substances produced by oxidation in additives.

IV. Storage and transportation of products
This product is stored, loaded, unloaded and adjusted according to SH/T0164. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75 C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45 C. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. It is the same as general petroleum products in safety, environmental protection and use without special protection.

The experimental results show that adding 0.1% olefin-carbon composite nano-copper powder additive to lubricating oil can reduce friction coefficient by 30%, wear by 34%, fuel economy by 5% and average fuel consumption by 3%.
The technology has reached the level of industrial scale production. The average particle size of nano-copper powder can be adjusted in the range of 2-30 nm. The product repeatability between batches is good and the quality is stable.
