VLB,VLBL series explosion-proof vibrating motor is a vibrating motor of slender structure. The distance between points of action of exciting force(distance between foundation holes)is very wide. It is especially applicable to the occasion when exciting force is to be transmitted at wide distance. When such motor is installed on a vibrating machinery, the machinery will run smoother and members are more evenly stressed, so that service life of a vibrating machinery is effictively extended. It is widely used as vibration source for vibrating equipments of vibrating material feeding, vibrating transportation, vibrating screen etc. It may be used solely or used in combination. In addition different installation mode may satisfy different production needs. Its exposion-proof performance meet the provisions in GB3836.2-2000 Explosion proof electrical equipments for exporsion environment. Exporsion marking is ExdllBT4. It is applicable in the facility with Class A, Grade B, T4 Group, T4 exporsive mixture of inflammable gas or steam and atmosphere. It is widely used in the industries of mine, metallurgy, chemistry, electric power, construction, oil field and ect.
Features
1.The shell and main components of the motor are made of aluminum alloy. The body is light, small and 30% lighter than domestic products of the same class.
2.It is equivalent to international products of the same class in terms of performance, while its price is no more than 50% of the latter.
3.It is of all closed structure. It may be used applicable in the facility with Class II & Grade A & B exporsive mixture of inflammable gas or steam and atmasphere.
4.Several motors may be combined to produce many vibrating forms and meet requirements of virious work.
5.It has long service life and its continuous service life can be more than 10000 hours.
6.Its installation dimension and main overall dimension are identical with those of international products of the same class. And they are completely interchargeable.
VB series vibrating motor is the universal vibrating source for various electric vibrating machines, such as vibrating feeder, vibrating conveyer, vibrating ore drawing machine, vibrating shake-out machine, vibrating screen classifier, hopper wall vibrator of the storage hopper, vibrating platform, etc.
