* Sea island yarn is made through conjugate spinning. The alkali reduction processing dissolves the water-soluble polyester of the sea part and leaves only 37 islands, producing an ultra-micro yarn of mono 0.06 denier. The conjugation with high contraction yarns generates excellent suede effects. It is mainly used for faux suede, synthetic leather, moss velvet fabric, etc.
* Blend yarn of polyester and polyamide (nylon) at a specific ratio. After chemically treating the fabric, every strand of nylon-polyester conjugate yarn would split into 16 filaments. After yarn split, the fabric is with soft touch, lightness, graceful shine, and adequate bulkiness. It is very suitable for high-grade fabric and upholstery.
