The TC type of vacuum unit series, it made of anti-corrosion PP tank, buffer tank, RPP water pump, check valve, the structure compact, low energy consumption, high vacuum level, and removable.
, Using Attention:
1, The equipment should be installed on the flat and solid foundation, to ensure the equipments' service intensity.
2, The tank should be filled with water before starting up ,and need to open water pump inlet valve. The water pump prohibits to idling in dehydration and inversion so that to prevent the water resource to damage.
3. When using circulating water tank should be offent to added the cooling water and replace the circulating water, to lower the working temperature, to protect the circulating water have the particles sundry.
4, When equipments downtime, it should be shut off the steam valve, and stop the roots vacuum pump, open the emptying valve of vacuum tank ,to reduce the degree of vacuum. Then stop working. Otherwise to make it to suck-back and to damage equipment.

MSG Inline Centrifugal Pump is a high-efficient, energy-saving product successfully designed by means of adopting the property data of MS model inline centrifugal pump and the unique merits of vertical pump and strictly in accordance with ISO2858 world standard and the latest national standard JB/T53058-93 and an ideal product to replace MS horizontal pump, DL model pump and other ordinary pumps.
MSG Inline Centrifugal Pump Features:

MDG Boiler Feed Water Pump Introduction:
MDG Boiler Feed Water Pump can deliver clear water without solid particles or other liquid which the physical and chemical feature is similar with clear water. The boiler hot water circulating pump is suitable for boiler feed water or feed water of high-pressure boiler. The temperature range of liquid is from -20 ¡ãC to -150 ¡ãC and the inlet pressure of pump is less than 0.6 Mpa.
MDG Boiler Feed Water Pump Features:
1) Stator parts of the MDG boiler feed water pump : It mainly consists of suction stage, mid-stage, discharge stage and diffuser; they are strained through a lever and form a working chamber. the inlet and the outlet are vertival upword.
2) Rotor parts of the MDG boiler feed water pump : It mainly consists of shaft, impeller, balance kettle and shaft sleeve. Shaft transfers power to impeller and make the pump work. The axial force is balanced by balance disc (kettle) and there is rechargeable shaft sleeve in shaft to protect shaft.
3) Bearing parts of the MDG boiler feed water pump: It mainly consists of bearing body, shaft cover and sliding bearing. There are two single centripetal ball bearing in bearing body to prevent balance disc (kettle) from abrasion. The sliding bearing is lubricated by dilute oil, there is cooling chamber in bearing body and the bearing can be cooled with exterior water.
4) Shaft seal parts of the MDG boiler feed water pump : Shaft seal uses soft packing seal. It mainly consists od seal box, packing, packing ring and packing cover. The shaft is sealed, cooled and lubricated by exterior water from seal chamber. The mechanical seal can also be used as requirement and it need be cooled, lubricated and washed by exterior water.
5) Drive: Type MDG boiler feed water pump is directly driven by motor through flexible coupling. View from motor end, the rotating direction of pump is clockwise.

Multistage Pump is single-suction,multistage,centrifugal pump,It is widely used for water supply&drainage infields of factories mines and cities.It is provided for delivering clear water without solid particles or other liquid which is physically and chemically similar to clear water. The temperature of the liquid is 0¡ãC~80¡ãC. Permissible inlet pressure is 0.6MPa
MD Multistage Pump Features:
1. Stator: The main parts are suction casing, stage casing, discharge casing and diffuser. They are screw up by poles, to become a working house. It is horizontal, the discharge direction is upward; The discharge and suction direction of them are both upwards, and the suction direction is horizontal usually, also they can be made upward according to user's requirement.
2. Rotor: It is consist of shaft, impellers, balance dic and shaft sleeve etc. Shaft supplied power to impellers; The axial force is balanced by balance disc; The sleeve mounted on shaft to protect shaft.
3. Bearing parts: It is consist of bearing body, bearing and bearing cover etc. The bearing of type 85-67, 155-67, 600-60 pump is sliding bearing, lubricated by diluted oil, the other pump bearing is rolling bearing, lubricated by grease.
4. Shaft seal: It is usually adopted soft packing seal, consist of sealing house on suction casing, packing, blocking water ring, the sealing hose have some pressure water, to cool, lubricate and seal pump. The pumps usually adopt mechanical seal.
5. Drive: The pump is driven directly by motor through elastic coupling, the rotation of pump is clockwise looking from motor to pump.
