Usage: The “THE ALL FIBER CAR FURNACE” is a periodic mass-produced whole-?ber car electric furnace. It’s used for normalizing, annealing, quenching and heating for metal mechanical parts, especially for large castings, steel coils, steel strips to and large steel weldments for heat stressing. Features:
1. The structure of whole fiber liner provides good energy-saving performance: energy saving up to 30%. heating up speed twice as fast. Better heat preservation performance compares with similar furnaces. All ?ber structure provides reliable performance under extreme temperature conditions.
2. The furnace body adopts full-fiber ceramic high-purity folding pasting technology, makes it strong and durable, far longer than the normal brick furnace service life.
3. The furnace body uses a mechanical movable sealing structure device which provides reliable sealing.
4. Adopting new type all fiber lining directly hung wire (or strip) structure, that are improving the radiation coefficient of the electric heating element, strengthened the furnace heat exchange, improves the thermal ef?ciency of the stove, and prolong the service life of the component.
5. The whole fiber wall has ten major advantages: A. the proportion is light; B. low heat reservation loss; C. low heat dissipation loss; D. energy-saving effect is good; E. less pollution to the environment; F. long service life: G. the furnace structure: H. fast heating and cooling; I. stoves sealing; J. maintenance is convenient.
6. Process design temperature could be chosen as 1200 C, 1100 C, 950 C and 650 C.
7. Heat source: electric heating, 380v, 50 HZ.
8. Effective workspace: The furnace load volume specification and operation power are enabled for on demand customization.
