After sale services
When receive the goods
When receive the goods, please check the carton package and product appearance within 10 days; if damage, please take pictures and feedback to us, we could send a complaint to the forwarder and apply the reparation to send the new goods to you.
Replaceable
Just in case, once your order quantity over 50 pieces, we will prepare 1 more set of tube and ballast for you as stocks, it will plus in proportion.
If it cant work
During 5 years warranty, if the light can't work, please check which part is broken, and using the stocks to replace; at the same time, please send pictures to us, our engineer will check it and confirm the problem and improve the quality.
If the stocks run out
We still have new light to replace, we will send the new goods to you in your next order.
