KYN28A-12 indoor AC metal armoured pull-out switch cabinet is suitable for three-phase AC 50/60Hz power system, for receiving and distributing power, and for controlling, protecting and testing the circuit. APG epoxy casting and reliable solid insulated bus technology are used in the interior of the product for full insulation design. It has good electric field distribution measures. It is a miniaturized switchgear with advanced technology, stable performance, reasonable structure, convenient use, safety and reliability.

The switchgear meets IEC298, GB3906-91. In addition to be used with domestic VS1 vacuum circuit breaker, it can be used with VD4 from ABB, 3AH5 from Siemens domestic ZN65A, and VB2 from GE, etc. It is truly a power distribution deviece with good performance.

In order to meet the requirement for wall mounting and front-end maintenance, the switchgear is equipped with a special current transformer, so that the operator can maintain and inspect it in front of the cubicle.


CHARACTERISTICS

1. Bus bar adopts thermal shrinkable insulating material or epoxy coated insulation method to optimize the shape of the electrode, make the cabinet structure compact and reduce the occupied area.
2. The cabinet body is made of high-quality cold-bonded steel plate and imported aluminium-zinc coated sheet metal, which are processed by NC sheet metal and connected by high-strength bolts, nuts and rivet nuts.
3. The switchgear equipment has other primary schemes such as cable in-out line, overhead in-out line, bus connection, isolation, voltage transformer, lightning arrester and so on.
4. Insulation boards are installed in bus cabinet, handcart cabinet and cable cabinet, which greatly improves the insulation level.
5. The interlock between main switch, handcart, ground knife switch and cabinet door adopts mandatory mechanical door lock mode to meet the five-proof function.
6. Friendly man-machine interface makes switchgear operation programmable and formulaic, and the operator can see it at a glance.
7. The main wiring scheme can reach more than 160 kinds, and has strong structural adaptability, which can meet the needs of different users.

Application:
HV test shielding room  (faraday cage) are Widely used in power cable, transformer, transformer switch, transformer substation and other High voltage levels of partial discharge test or impulse test.
For HV testing shielding room, as a HV test place, it should has good electromagnetic
shielding condition. And its electromagnetic compatibility always is of great importance.
Firstly, it should restrict electromagnetic wave into inside shielding room caused by
discharge when making HV test to weakening interfere to outside, especially on
electronic and communication system. Secondly, it should prevent outer
electromagnetic wave intruding into shielding room to cause measurement error of
partial discharge and wireless. Thirdly, it should reduces open circuit voltage and
closed current to restrain common-mode interference so that to avoid equipment

For  GIS HV test shielding room, design area is 500 m2ï¼?Length 25mã??Width 20m).
From provided information , we find that steel structure have been completed
already with one set of 20T crane indoor, crane supporting corbel also completed, the
height is 17.9m from ground to upper part of corbel. Main door height 13m,width 10m,
locates at downward of the west side, the door open direction towards to north .
According to ILJIN drawing, three side of structure column has already, but western
structure column still missing yet. however, as the main door will be located in this side,
the western side also should have steel structure , and this structure position still should
be unified considered with main door installation. We will be able to submit suggested
design diagram with position & size of this structure column for reference. in order to
save  construction cost, the construction engineering will be carried out by ILJIN
team.
