Packing: according to buyer's request, fesi can be used in the container, bulk, form of shipment.
Using bags or containers packaging, packaging outside should be clearly marked.
Ferrosilicon smelting: ferrosilicon is coke, steel scurf, quartz (or silica) as raw material and using made of electric smelting. Refining ferrosilicon, is from the silex silicon in containing sio2 out. Reduction Smelting ferrosilicon mostly used metallurgy as reductant.

High-purity graphitized petroleum coke is made from high quality petroleum coke under a temperature of 2,500-3,500 C. As a high-purity carbon material, it has characteristics of high fixed carbon content, low sulfur, low ash, low porosity etc.It can be used as carbon raiser (Recarburizer) to produce high quality steel,cast iron and alloy.It can also be used in plastic and rubber as an additive.

The Introduction of Calcined Petroleum Coke
Calcined Petroleum coke is a by-product of delayed coking unit when the raw oil is cracked at high temperature to produce light oil.The output of petroleum coke is about 25-30% of the raw oil. Its low calorific value is about 1.5-2 times that of coal, ash content is not more than 0.5%, volatile content is about 11%, and its quality is close to anthracite
The Application:
1. Low-sulfur, high-quality cooked coke such as needle coke is mainly used to manufacture ultra-high power graphite electrodes and certain special carbon products; needle coke is an important material for the development of new electric furnace steel making technology in the steel making industry.
2. Medium-sulfur, ordinary cooked coke, used in aluminum smelting in large quantities.
3.High-sulfur, ordinary green coke is used in chemical production, such as the manufacture of calcium carbide, silicon carbide, etc., and also as a fuel for metal casting, etc.

Advantages of semi coke than Met Coke in production of Ferro-alloy smelting as deoxidizer:
1.Semi Coke could improve the quality of the ferroalloy significantly (especially low aluminum alloy Al2O3 0.1%).
2.Semi Coke could reduce unit electricity consumption significantly (nearly save more than 1000 KWHR, that means 8-10%).
3.Semi coke could lower the cost of raw material. Although the price of semi coke and coke is similar, but it's far cheaper than charcoal and pet-coke.
