ZS-GF-5299E is a low viscosity two-component addition cure silicone sealant, that can be cured at room temperature or heat cure, the higher the temperature, the faster the curing. This product does not produce any byproducts in the curing reaction, which can be applied for PC (poly-carbonate), PP, ABS, PVC and other surface of metal. Forward silver white series is characterized with good performance in whiteness and pearl luster effect. Titanium dioxide has two types: anatase and rutile. The products based on rutile are better in quality of weather resistance. The products in this series are diverse in particle size. Small particle size boasts soft gloss with smooth surface and excellent covering power while lager one creates flashing brightness. The product in this series could be mixed with transparent solvent to create a good luster, and it could be also mixed with absorbtive pigments such as carbon black to bring a metallic luster effect in silver grey color; and if it is mixed with aluminium paste, a bright silver white metallic effect is created.

Hidispersion zno-80/product description
Use characteristics hidispersion zno-80 is a special grade of zinc oxide particularly suitable for the rubber industry. Due to its epdm elastomer bound form, the absorption of humidity from the atmosphere during storage is prevented. In comparison to extrusion compounds containing powdered zinc oxide, those with hidispersion zno-80 provide smoother profiles. This is due to the more homogeneous dispersion of hidispersion zno-80. A slight increase in modulus and tensile strenghth usually occurs; elongation at break is also improved. Hidispersion zno-80 prevents the heat swell which normally occurs when powdered zinc oxide is used in cr mixes.
