The thermally upgraded insulation paper is made from 100% electric grade unbleached pulp, and upgrading is achieved by adding nitrogen to the paperpulp. Diamond dotted paper (DDP) is an electrical insulation presspaper partially coated with heat-curable epoxy resin dots arranged in a diamond pattern. During coil drying / oven heating, the resin dots soften and cure to bond adjacent layers, helping improve winding mechanical stability in transformer manufacturing.

DDP insulation paper is commonly used as interlayer insulation between coils in oil-immersed transformers, where controlled bonding is needed without sacrificing oil impregnation and drying efficiency.

#Expanded Metal Mesh for Air Filter Elements

Galvanized expanded metal mesh is designed for filter support, protection and filtration applications. Made from hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, it is integrally expanded and formed without welding joints. The uniform diamond openings provide high rigidity, good anti-deformation performance and stable air or liquid permeability.


Material & Structure

Hot-dip galvanized steel provides good rust and corrosion resistance in humid, air, liquid and general industrial environments. The one-piece expanded structure has no welded joints or weak points, offering reliable tensile strength, pressure resistance and dimensional stability. It supports pleated filter media, helps prevent deformation or collapse, and maintains stable filter performance.


Filter Applications

Fine expanded mesh can be used as inner backing or support for filter media, while thicker mesh can serve as outer protection, filter tube support or structural skeleton. The open diamond design provides good permeability while protecting filter media from compression and mechanical damage.
