SOP:
1. Sign NCNDA
2. Buyer issues LOI and POF or BCL ( Sent to Attorneys)
3. Seller reviews buyer documents and issue FCO
4. Buyer signs FCO and sends back to seller.
5. SPA draft is sent to the Buyer for review. IMFPA is completed by Agent's.
6. Attorney to Attorney meetings, with attestation and schedule for collections commence. Buyer sends back SPA and ICPO.
7. Buyer will deposit 3% of the total amount into Seller third party escrow to commit to the transaction. (Only on first delivery quantity apply) This is not applicable on any repeat quantities.
8. Certifications, Authorization, and other documents will be provided for buyer verification or direct physical inspection on site.
9. SGS inspections, Packing list, AWB/BL shall be made available from seller to buyer within 48-72 hours.
10. Confirmation of all the documents and on site inspection and release 97% balance through escrow or wire transfer.
11. Buyer collect the goods from Seller's warehouse or shipment to buyer final destination.
