The financial institution has blocked all transactions from this account until the buyer confirms that the quality meets all the requirements; Then the financial institution gave the money back to the supplier.
- Or / By 100% irrevocable L/C at sight and L/C must be confirmed by buyer's first class bank only.payment is released against draft of BL.
