free of weathering, insect bites, rodent attacks, sunburn, free of mud and animal excrement.
Mangoes are harvested at the right maturity for drying. Harvesting is done by the growers themselves and supervised by a harvest manager.
Harvested mangoes are loaded in bulk and delivered to the unit within 24 hours of harvesting
