Bard dry distillery(DDGS) is a byproduct of ethanol distillation, which represents a very valuable source of nutritional components to be used as provender for livestock and poultry.
Bard is obtained as a result of production of alcohol from a mash prepared using
cereal grains, potatoes, molasses, fruit and other foods containing starch. As the raw material for the mash may be different, the bard composition also varies. In the process of dehydration of dregs, the share of solids increases up to 40% and more, as required by the technology of manufacturing feed additives. Upon request of livestock farms and feed mills, it is usually produced in powder or in pellets (as opposed to liquid stillage which is sour) which do not get spoilt, thus appropriate for long-term storage without losing its properties.
Bard dry distillery contains a significant amount of crude protein - up to 28%, which means itis equivalent to sunflower meal in terms of its nutritiousness and efficiency of use. Additionally, Bard dry distillery contains vitamins B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B12; H (genuine biotin), B9 (folic acid), p-aminobenzoic acid, and carotenoids, and around 17 amino acids (among which are glutamic acid, glycine, leucine, isoleucine, lysine, proline, valine et al.). The total content of solids reaches 35.54%. Besides, dry dregs contain minor amounts of such vital elements as copper, iron, manganese, and zinc.
Bard dry distillery can be included in the diet of farm animals and poultry as both a complete ration and an additive to make it richer in protein and vitamins.

Straw pellets representing a 100% natural alternative to the existing litter types are manufactured by advanced technologies allowing to obtain an economically efficient and ecologically sound product. Pelletized straw makes an ideal choice for application in a stall.

Only totally dry straw of the best quality coming from the fields in pollution-free regions is used for their production. It is common knowledge that a right litter is extremely important for keeping farm animals, especially horses. In a stall, it is necessary that the litter has a high absorbing capacity, is warm as well as soft providing a comfortable floor covering which would prevent hoofs from sliding.

Soy Hull Pellet :

Soybean hull represents a pelleted fodder product obtained during production of high-protein soybean meal and soy oil through direct extraction that follows soy seeds dehulling and removal of seed coats from the extractable matter.

The removed hulls undergo grinding, heat/moisture treatment (toasting) and pelletizing.
Pelleted soybean hull is intended for use as a feed additive for farm animals, formula feed manufacturing as well as a raw material for the production of cellulose.

Wood pellets are solid wood biofuel which is eco-friendly and represents a good alternative to the direct use of wood waste as fuel.

Pellets generate more heat than sawdust and wood chips, thus increasing the efficiency of boiler houses; they do not require large warehousing spaces and do not self-ignite during storage because are free from dust and spores which can also cause allergic reactions in people.

At the same time, pellets are used for combustion in domestic fireplaces and heating devices. These are open fire furnaces installed indoors which produce heat due to thermal radiation or as a result of convection. This type of thermal radiation is considered to be the most comfortable for the man. Heating devices fueled by wood pellets are controlled automatically and the process of loading pellets in a fire chamber is also automated.

Alfalfa pellets represent a useful supplement to the fodder for farm animals enriching it with proteins and vitamins. Alfalfa hay that is usually harvested in the early phases of vegetation is used as raw material, and then it undergoes drying at a high temperature and milling into flour.

For easier transportation and storage, milled vegetable flour is pelleted. This technology of producing dry green fodder by the kiln-drying method allows preserving 95% of the plant nutrients and achieving a substantial increase in the efficiency of livestock farming.

The final product results in a highly nourishing pelleted provender with low sugar and moderately high protein contents, a source of digestible fiber and calories for animals like cattle, horses, ponies, goats, sheep, camels, rabbits, etc.

Granulated wheat bran is a by- product of wheat production molded hard bran coating is sold by wholesale.

Wheat bran is a useful food for all species of farm animals. Their nutritional value is determined by the amount of farinaceous particles compared with bran coating.

On average, the marketed wheat bran includes up to 14,8% of water, 15,5% of proteins, 3,2% fats, 8,4% of cellulose; it contains about 53,2% of nitrogen-free extracts, no more than 5% of ash. Every 100 kg of bran- is 71-78 fodder units, the source of 13 kg of digestible protein.

Bran is mostly used as food for dairy cattle and for breeding young stock, it is suitable for horses and swine, cattle stock, it is added into food with chaff, liquid food or chopped straw.

Fodder yeast is a highly nutritious eco-friendly feed supplement, mainly containing protein, used in the ration of livestock and poultry. It derives from pure yeast cells cultivated on a substrate of bran, brewers grains, or distillers grains and represents an excellent additive to the diet of farm animals alongside with vegetable pulp and silage. It can also be part of different premixes and concentrates.

Dry fodder yeast serves as a valuable source of protein and vitamins. Protein generated by yeast microbes outscores animal protein in terms of digestibility and level of amino acids boosting nutritional value of proteins in the rest of feed. Protein supplied by fodder yeast is highly digestiblein animals reaching 95%. Sulphur together with its compounds participates in organic processes resulting in production of amino acids. Enzymes allow the yeast to assimilate amino acids faster and catalyze the protein synthesis process. Calcium and phosphorus present in the yeast contribute to a healthy development of the skeleton. No contraindications exist regarding the fodder yeast usage. Its overdose entails no side effects. The cattle slaughter time and the technological suitability of milk are not affected by this product. Unicellular organisms, such as fungi of the genus Candida, Saccharomyces, Hansenula, Torulopsis, are normally used as strains to produce fodder yeast. They proliferate in a microbiological medium supplying carbohydrate, N, P, K, Mg, Ca, Fe, Mn, Zn etc. minerals, and dissolved oxygen. An increase in biomass is characterized by fermentation and synthesis of protein in a yeast cell.
