Payment Terms: Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC)
Payment must be made via a transferable and divisible letter of credit (DLC or SBLC) associated with the 12-month contract. Payments by the Limited Liability Company (LLC) are always due upon shipment. The trial order is associated with the 12-month contract.
