Introduction:
The automatic pick and place machine TP210+ is a desk type high speed pick n place machine. It is a cost-effective SMD mounter.
The TP210+ can mount 0603, 0805, 1206 and many more. It can fabricate SOPs and SOICs (size under 15*15mm, PIN foot less than 24) as well.
TP210+ equips 22 pcs of 8 feeders (electric feeder of 8mm, 12mm, 16mm,24mm can be chosen). The Z-axis can route freely and can meet requirements of various angle component.
Main parts:
1. Step motor with a function to change the angle: able to mount 45°, 90°,180° angle component.
2. Dual Parallel square-type wide guide rail. Compared with a balling guide rail, the guide rail has a small space to ensure a high accuracy.
3. Visual + machinery position system: The camera nearby mounting head can magnifying through a '+' cursor to ensure an accurate mark point position.
4. No-contact flying centering system: Flying centering system can mount a variety of SMD components including: 0603, 0805,1206, many more and SOPs, SOICs with a size under 15*15mm, PIN foot less than 24.
5. Flexible reference point system (RPS): In addition to the standard round reference point, also a square formed and ring formed point with a hole also can be identified as a reference point.
6. All-purpose automatic feeder: 22 pcs of automatic feeder can be chosen. 8mm, 12mm, 16mm, 24mm can be installed according to your component and required speed.
7. It is using a unique air suspended pick and place head design, which can transmit several kinds of large and small component.
8. Protel file of component data import: Software control, limitless data file can be saved in PC, you can call them at any time when needed, easy to operate.
