Poly-Poly Core Threads - are made by spinning a staple wrapper of polyester around a continuous filament of polyester fibers. Afterwards, two or more of these single yarns are twisted together to form the thread.
Polyester/Cotton corespun threads are produced by spinning the staple fibres of cotton and then wrapping this around continuous polyester filaments. Two or more plies of this standard yarn are doubled (twisted together) to make the sewing thread. The resultant thread provides superb strength from the polyester filament together with the characteristic soft feel of the cotton.
This kind of thread are produced from high tenacity low shrinkage low elongation continuous polyester multifilament yarn twisted in modern equipments.
We always use super high tenacity and low shrinkage filament Yarn for production process, we can twist any count, plies and TPM as per the clients needs. Both middle tenacity (7.0g/d) and high tenacity(8.0g/d) is available. We can deliver heat-setted yarn(thread) in dye tubes ready for dyeing or in paper tubes. Spun polyester threads are produced by spinning together of the high tenacity and low elongation polyester fibers 1.2Dx38mm Bright or Semi-Dull into a single ply. Two or more plies are twisted to make a thread of the desired size. the former has the feature of few knot. Reverse SZ twist, specifically twisted for sewing thread. It can also be used for embroidery, quilting, weaving and knitting. The thinnest counts can also be used for cocoon and mini bobbins. It is presented in raw white (grey yarn) or in dope dyed optical white yarn. It is heat set (steam set) for best stabilization of the yarn.
It is presented in dye tubes, ready for dyeing. Very wide count range from thicker Ne 12/4 to thinner Ne 80/2

Textured Threads - are made from continuous filaments of polyester that have been textured and then heat set to insure proper bulk-retention. Textured threads are ideal for overedge, chainstitch, and coverstitch operations offering a soft seam and good seam elasticity and coverage. Textured threads are generally less expensive than other thread constructions of the same size.
Carbon ribbons are on rolls and are fitted onto a spindle or reel holder within the printer. The used ribbon is rewound by a take-up spindle, forming a roll of "used" ribbon. Thermal-printing technology can be used to produce colour images by adhering a wax-based ink onto paper. As the paper and ribbon travel in unison beneath the thermal print head, the wax-based ink from the transfer ribbon melts onto the paper. When cooled, the wax is permanently adhered to the paper. This type of thermal printer uses a like-sized panel of ribbon for each page to be printed, regardless of the contents of the page.
Shake the can well before use.
