Wood scraps, coconut shell, corn sticks,bamboo scraps,etc, are crushed by shredder machine,if crushed materials moisture â?¤12% can be directly carbonized, otherwise they need to be dried by rotary dryer then carbonized by continuous rotary carbonization furnace, --- After carbonization, it becomes charcoal powder which enters the hopper---mixed with the formula by mixer machine---pressed to shisha charcoal or barbecue charcoal by briquette press machine.
