Sugarcane molasses
- Sugarcane molasses, also known as sugarcane syrup or blackstrap molasses, is treacly-rich, with a robust and sweet flavour, and a black, nearly-opaque appearance. Sugarcane molasses is made from 100% pure and natural sugarcane, with the molassesâ?? production process preserving the nutrients from the sugarcane.

Bagasse is the fibrous residue left over after sugar cane has been crushed and sugar extracted through a manufacturing process. Bleaching is done by ECF (Element Chlorine Free) process which is FDA approved.

The Molasses we have has a brix value of 78-85% and a Tsal of 50-52% with a gravity value of about 1.4.
